The first thing I found interesting about this app is the purpose of the app. They use the data find the irregular ordering trends from the perspective of providers and patients. The opioid crisis is still existent and while there has been a response to slow it down, it’s still a big problem in this country. The plot graph that is titled, “Who is ordering the most opioids” tells the story. The most common department is in the family medicine area, as prescriptions are more accessible.
