In the previous blog on how to Look The Part (1), the importance of colors was discussed. Try wearing button-up that isn’t blue, gray or black. The business field is a bland one, so finding something that isn’t tasteless or over-the-top isn’t as hard as it may seem. You can easily save the “unique” shirts for a day when you’re out and about. In this part, I’m going to discuss other important men’s fashion tips like how to accessorize.
The biggest accessory most men are into are watches as almost all of us owns own. In 2020, many people own Apple Watches which is cool if you have one. I personally don’t own one and prefer to wear nice watches. I own a few leather strapped Fossil watches as they are very fashionable & come in many different colors. This goes back to the color aspect and making sure your accessory colors also match your outfit… for the most part.

The next accessory that I think elevates an outfit is rings. Obviously married men wear their wedding rings but you don’t have to limit to just that. Rings is an accessory that should be slipped into an outfit. They should be understated. Large jewels and rings can be distracting from the rest of someone’s outfit but band rings with some design to it are the safest route you can go through.
The last accessory that I should mention is something that cannot be seen. It can be smelled though! I’m talking about cologne as it is one of the best ways to make an impression. My good friend who was way into colognes for a period of time, showed me different styles of cologne scents. From a typical fresh smell, to floral, oriental, and woody scent, these different scents have their different occasions or seasons. He also showed me this website that has a great selection of colognes at a discounted price.
